My stay at Watt Cottage was a wonderful experience. The historic charm of the cottage was evident in every detail, from the quaint period stairs to the beautiful interior decor. The owner's attention to detail was impeccable, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The enclosed garden was a lovely addition, perfect for enjoying the peaceful rural surroundings. I especially loved the pizza oven, which added a unique touch to our stay. The communication with the owner was excellent, and their quick responses made the experience even better. I highly recommend Watt Cottage for a weekend getaway, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay in this quirky historic cottage. Its rural location was perfect for exploring the local area, with Bildeston just a short drive away. The cottage has been beautifully modernized while still retaining its historic charm. The highlight was definitely the working pizza oven, and we appreciated that the owner provided all the ingredients and equipment needed to make our own pizzas. The kitchen was well equipped and the enclosed garden was a bonus for our dog. The host was attentive and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

    We highly recommend this hotel.

Quirky old cottage in a rural setting, perfect for exploring the local area. Cross country walks to nearby town were a hit with the kids. the working pizza oven was a fun and delicious highlight of our stay.

Limited sleeping options for adults, but great for younger children. Needing to bring our own towels was a minor inconvenience.

Stayed in a lovely little cottage in a rural setting near Bildeston. Quaint and historic with period stairs, doors, and walls. the highlight was the pizza oven provided with all the ingredients and instructions for making homemade pizza dough. Kitchen was well-equipped, and there's a table outside for dining al fresco. Dog-friendly with an enclosed garden. Attentive host and quick communication. Cons: No issues at all. 😊.
